IES Immobilien-Projektentwicklung GmbH was founded in Vienna in 2008 – as the continuation of a family tradition dating back to the 1970s. What began with the first projects of Dkfm. Gernot Teufel is now carried forward by Dr. Markus Teufel in the second generation.

Under his leadership, IES has evolved into an internationally recognized specialist in high-quality urban development and high-yield real estate investments.
